Farming is a continual learning process and our microclimate has been instructing us for 6 years now about what grows best. Lately, we’ve been reevaluating and redesigning how we use our hoop houses.
Bunching onions (Allium fistulosum) are perennial and self-multiply when harvested selectively. By planting them in a hoop house, we expect to be able to harvest them year round for years to come.
