A customer requested a salad mix. Though lettuce is not in season (we just started seeds for our greenhouse-grown winter crop yesterday), we’ve got plenty of greens that are great for fresh eating. This salad is composed of baby Swiss chard, New Zealand spinach, sorrel, lamb’s quarters, pea shoots, salad burnet, lovage, and basil.
