Tender pattypan squash, use the same as yellow squash and zucchini.
Garden beans (“green beans” with some yellow wax and purple too), yardlong beans, and pickles made from beans.
Leafy greens including Swiss chard, lamb’s quarters, sweet potato greens, New Zealand spinach, and sorrel.
Herbs picked to order including basil, parsley, thyme, oregano, sage, onion chives, garlic chives, tarragon, salad burnet, lovage…
